No Refund Policy
Important Notice
Blueprint Books does NOT offer refunds under any circumstances after subscription purchase.
All subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy applies to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and all pricing tiers (Solo, Practice, Professional, Enterprise).
Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
Our no-refund policy is based on the following business and technical realities:
Digital Service with Immediate Access
Blueprint Books is a cloud-based SaaS platform. Upon subscription purchase, you receive immediate and complete access to all features of your chosen plan. Unlike physical goods that can be returned, digital services cannot be "returned" once accessed.
Comprehensive 14-Day Free Trial
We provide a full-featured 14-day free trial with NO credit card required. This trial period gives you unlimited time to evaluate every feature, test workflows, import data, and determine if Blueprint Books meets your practice needs before any payment commitment.
Infrastructure and Operating Costs
Our platform incurs immediate infrastructure costs (cloud hosting, database storage, API usage, email services, file storage) from the moment your subscription begins. These costs are non-recoverable even if you choose not to use the service.
Fair Business Practice
The combination of (1) comprehensive free trial for evaluation and (2) immediate full access upon payment makes a no-refund policy both fair and industry-standard for SaaS platforms. You have every opportunity to make an informed decision before payment.
No Prorated Refunds
If you cancel your subscription mid-billing cycle, you will NOT receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription period. However, you will retain full access to all features until your current subscription period expires.
Subscription Cancellation
While we do not offer refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is simple and can be done directly from your account settings.

Navigate to Billing Settings
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Select the cancellation option and confirm your decision

Monthly vs. Annual Subscription Cancellation
Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime with no long-term commitment
- Full access continues until current billing period ends
- Auto-renewal is disabled immediately
- No partial refund for remaining days
Annual Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime during your annual term
- Full access continues for remaining months paid
- Prevents auto-renewal after term ends

What Happens When You Cancel?
Access After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription, you are treated fairly with continued access to the service you paid for:

Important: Data Deletion After 30 Days
After 30 days from subscription expiry, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes all client records, tasks, filings, invoices, documents, and user data. This deletion is irreversible and cannot be recovered. Please ensure you export all necessary data before the 30-day period ends.
Limited Exceptions to No-Refund Policy
While our general policy is no refunds, we recognize that certain exceptional circumstances may warrant consideration. The following are the ONLY exceptions to our no-refund policy:
Duplicate Charges / Billing Errors
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period, or if there was a clear technical error in billing.
Required Conditions:
- Must be reported within 7 days of charge
- Clear evidence of duplicate transaction
- Not due to multiple account registrations
- Verified by our billing system logs
Unauthorized Transactions
If your payment method was used without your authorization to purchase a Blueprint Books subscription.
Required Conditions:
- Must be reported within 48 hours of charge
- Valid proof of unauthorized access required
- Police complaint filed (for fraud cases)
- Account compromised, not shared credentials
How to Request Exception Review
If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please contact us immediately:
All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request at our sole discretion. Decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
